Larry has also represented numerous clients in litigation involving real estate, business and decedent estates disputes. He has vigorously advocated for clients in probate contests and accounting challenges in Surrogate’s Court. He has litigated foreclosure actions, partition actions, boundary line disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and property assessment reduction proceedings to successful conclusions. Mr. Naviasky also has significant appellate practice with appeals having represented clients in over a dozen cases in appellate courts. He has also argued before New York State’s highest court, the Court of Appeals.
